This article provides an overview of lessons learned from our investigation of collaborative telehealth systems delivery in Canadian healthcare. He now works as a team lead and project manager within IBM's Tivoli Provisioning Manager Quality Assurance team, and expects to graduate from Carleton University's Technology Innovation Management program this term.
