The term open source, however, is used to label a broad assortment of phenomena that fall well outside the established OSD. In addition, there is ambiguity in what is meant to be covered by the terms source and open. Professor Bailetti is the Director of the Talent First Network. Until September 2007, he was the Director of the Technology Innovation Management program. He has taught for the Executive M.B.A. program offered by Queen's University in Ottawa since 1996. %2 Talent First Network Peter Hoddinott has over 25 years of experience in the Information and Communications industry. Peter has a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. in Computer Science, and recently completed the Technology Innovation Management program at Carleton. He is currently employed by Carleton where he works full time on advancing the objectives of the Talent First Network.
