We begin by presenting an overview of the goals and the advantages of KOTS. Next, we describe the software components that make up KOTS. His research interests include business ecosystems, go-to-market channels, deal and contract development, and web-based deal development platforms. He holds a BEng in Computer Systems Engineering from Carleton University and previously worked in software development, technical support, and security. %2 Carleton University Antonio Misaka is a graduate student in the Technology Innovation Management program at Carleton University and is actively engaged in the KOTS and TFN 200 projects. He is a former consultant for IBM and R&D researcher for NEC-Brazil. His research interests include software engineering and technology management. He holds an MSc degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.
